Making of the Brand: G3 Collective

Some of our favorite projects at Parklife come from working with solo entrepreneurs who have a clear vision, big goals, and the drive to make it all real. G3 Collective, the leadership development company founded by Emily Wilmot, is a perfect example of that kind of collaboration.

When Emily came to us, she already had a name, a mission, and a strong sense of what she wanted: a brand that captured the essence of her work helping leaders grow through a combination of grit, grace, and practical wisdom. What she needed was a creative partner who could help translate that into a sharp, professional identity. That’s where Parklife came in.

“Emily had a powerful vision from day one,” said Carly Martinelli, Parklife’s Director of Multimedia Marketing. “She knew what her brand stood for, and she trusted us to build something that reflected that clarity.”

We partnered with Emily to develop a full-scale brand identity from the ground up – starting with visual branding and logo design, then building a polished website, marketing collateral, and SEO strategy to support her growing business. The end result is a brand that reflects the strength, elegance, and personal touch that defines G3 Collective.

The visual identity we created for G3 is rooted in symbolism that aligns with the values of The Grit, Grace & Growth Institute. The logo combines three core elements: a mountain peak to symbolize tenacity and strength; flowing lines that suggest grace and empathy, and a circular sun motif that represents growth and continuous evolution. These symbols are wrapped together in a clean, modern form that feels both powerful and grounded.

The G3 website was designed to guide users through this brand experience with clear calls to action, confident language, and a professional yet inviting tone. The visual content and layout reinforce Emily’s mission: to empower leaders with practical tools, strong values, and a growth mindset.

Our team also supported Emily with marketing collateral and visual assets that communicate her message with consistency and style. As she continues to grow G3 Collective, those tools will serve as powerful vehicles to extend her reach and reinforce her brand.

At Parklife, we believe strong brands don’t just look good; they resonate deeply, tell a story, and encourage connection. G3 Collective is doing important work to shape the next generation of leaders, and we’re proud to have played a part in building a brand that’s just as impactful.
