The Making of the Studiously Brand: Purposeful Design for a Mission-Driven Organization

Parklife is proud to have partnered with founder Dr. Amy Davis, Ed.D., to bring her long-held vision to life and help launch a company that’s already making a meaningful difference in the world of education and nonprofit support.
Amy is no stranger to Parklife. Over the years, we’ve worked with her through other ventures, and we've seen firsthand her commitment to excellence, her deep knowledge of the K-12 education system, and her gift for helping organizations access the resources they need to succeed. With decades of experience as a teacher, school principal, and grants administrator, Amy brings a rare mix of strategic thinking, instructional leadership, and genuine care for communities and students.
So when she came to us with her idea for Granthropology—now Studiously—we were thrilled to help shape the brand from the ground up. Amy had a strong foundation: an impressive career, a growing list of clients, and a reputation for integrity and impact. What she needed was a brand identity that reflected the full scope of what Studiously offers and the bold, confident future it’s building.
Working closely with Amy, our team at Parklife developed a complete visual identity and website for Studiously, one that communicates the company’s expertise, accessibility, and innovative approach. The logo and iconography feature abstract, symbolic elements designed to reflect the spirit of the work, such as a lightbulb to represent critical thinking, ideas, and insight. The “S” itself is made of interlocking pieces, a nod to building, collaboration, and fitting solutions together in complex systems. It’s a modern, dynamic look that feels both professional and personal.
Today, Studiously provides a range of services including grant writing, research and data analysis, executive coaching, and professional development for educators and nonprofit leaders. The new brand has helped establish Studiously’s presence in the field and given Amy and her team a visual language they can confidently grow with.
