Launching the Brand for Ignite People Now

The most powerful brands capture the true heart of an organization and spark emotion. That’s why we were so excited to partner with Peggy Anderson, founder of Ignite People Now (IPN), on a full brand and website makeover. 

Peggy is a seasoned HR leader and coach with decades of experience at companies like Apple, Microsoft, and Under Armour. But through Ignite People Now, she wanted to bring a fresh, modern approach to leadership development that truly reflects her passion for sparking transformation in people and teams.

A Brand with Energy

From the start, it was clear Peggy’s brand needed to stand out. While her expertise comes from the corporate world, her vision for Ignite People Now is anything but corporate. She wanted something edgy, colorful, and modern, an identity that would signal to leaders and organizations that growth can (and should) be exciting. 

Parklife designer Jess Ledrowski created the final Ignite People Now logo, a bold mark featuring three matchsticks sparking into flame. It’s a simple yet powerful and direct symbol of Peggy’s mission to ignite people into action and growth. 

“Peggy has this inspiring ability to bring out the best in others,” Jess shared. “Pairing that with her deep appreciation for art inspired a brand that feels modern, edgy, and full of energy. It reflects not just the work she does, but who she is.”

A Visual Identity That Pops

The broader brand identity extends the same sense of spark and momentum. Bright, glowing colors give the brand a “lit from within” energy. Clean, modern typefaces keep the design approachable but bold. Together, the visuals capture Peggy’s own style: high-energy, innovative, and never afraid to break the mold.

The new website carries this vision forward with a fresh, dynamic design. At Parklife, we created layouts that highlight her coaching, training, and DISC assessment services and imagery that avoids the stiff “corporate” look in favor of more authentic, human-centered visuals. 

A Spark for Leaders

Ignite People Now is more than a brand name; it’s Peggy’s philosophy. She helps leaders start with self-awareness, uncover blind spots, and build stronger connections. Her workshops and coaching sessions give teams the spark they need to grow into highly supportive, loyal, and effective organizations. She describes herself as a builder, not a caretaker, and her new brand positions her perfectly to support companies on the rise.

A longtime leader herself, Peggy is now channeling her expertise into helping others step into their full potential. With a brand identity as bold and transformative as her mission, Ignite People Now is set to make a real impact.
