Building a Bridge to Impact: The Making of The Learning Bridge Brand
Parklife is proud to collaborate with some of the most inspiring leaders and organizations around, and The Learning Bridge is one that truly stands out.
Founded by the visionary Laura Cobb Hayes, The Learning Bridge exists to create learning success stories, one participant at a time. Through hands-on training sessions, event management, and strategic project planning, Laura and her team make education more accessible, effective, and empowering. And as a career educator, education executive, and longtime advocate for educational equity, Laura brings both heart and serious expertise to the work.
We first teamed up with The Learning Bridge when Laura was preparing to pitch at The Pitch, part of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’s Social Innovation Accelerator. Parklife has supported numerous SIA participants over the years, and this year we were proud to work with three of the five finalists. Helping purpose-driven founders like Laura bring their ideas to life on a stage like this is one of the most exciting things we do.
From the very beginning, Laura’s energy and passion were contagious. As we helped shape her pitch, we also began developing a full brand identity and digital presence for The Learning Bridge, including logo design, brand messaging, pitch decks, collateral, and a fresh new website. The result is a clean, confident, professional brand that still feels welcoming and human.
And it didn’t stop there.
As part of The Learning Bridge’s growing impact, Laura had a bold new idea: a video game that would help students and families understand the often confusing path to college. That game became ADMITnGO, and Parklife had the opportunity to bring it to life with branding that’s both playful and polished. From the logo to the website to messaging and visuals, we aimed to build a brand experience that felt as fresh and forward-thinking as the game itself.
The response? Incredible. Not only did Laura and The Learning Bridge win the Impact Award at The Pitch (given to the organization with the greatest potential impact), but the momentum around both the organization and the game continues to grow.
Internally, our team had a wonderful experience with this collaboration. “Laura has genuinely been awesome to work with,” said Rachel Cameron, Graphic Designer at Parklife. “She’s become such a huge fan of everyone’s work,” added Brian Castle, our founder and CEO. “I told her I wanted to work with her as long as there’s a me and as long as there’s a you!”
That’s what we aim for: long-term partnerships with incredible people doing meaningful work.
With The Learning Bridge and ADMITnGO, the future of education, and college access, is getting a little brighter. And at Parklife, we’re proud to be part of the journey.
