Parklife Podcast Network Launches Healthcare CX Podcast, "Clear Points"

The Parklife Podcast Network is proud to announce the launch of its third podcast, Clear Points, a show aimed at educating healthcare stakeholders like hospitals and life sciences companies in the study of customer experience (CX) and engagement.

Clear Points marks its debut episode, out now on Soundcloud, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. In the inaugural show, host Brian Castle brings in CPH founder Paul Meade, along with general manager Mark Schoeman, to speak on topics related to COVID-19. The episode kicks off with Meade, also an adjunct professor at the UNC Gillings School for Global Public Health, working through potential scenarios outlining the impact of the pandemic on public health and society.

Next, Meade and Schoeman discuss the implications of COVID-19 on industry interactions with key opinion leaders, creating a paradigm shift toward virtual engagement. Schoeman draws from his recent research with a large cohort of American KOLs, presenting key findings on the current engagement dynamic and how medical stakeholders would like to influence engagement moving forward.

Founded in 2003, Clear Point Health is a research and consulting firm focused on optimizing customer engagement and improving the customer experience for healthcare companies ranging from biopharmaceutical and medical device firms to providers, payers, and other stakeholders. From key opinion leader identification and sentiment analysis to patient journey mapping, integrated delivery network segmentation, customer satisfaction, and more, CPH helps companies know and understand their customers and their needs.
