Happy Holidays from Your Friends at Parklife

At this time of year, we like to reflect on everything that’s happened. In work and life in general, you see ups and downs. 2019 for us was no different.
We said goodbye to a few clients, and we said hello to a few new ones. They all taught us something about ourselves, especially what we’re doing right and how we must continue to grow. There’s something to be said for evolving and being a better version of yourself, so that your clients receive better value year after year.
To be better versions of ourselves, we brought in some new talent—Diana Pressey—and expanded the role of Suzette Feller. These two have really helped us push our creative thinking, expand our capabilities, and put forward a better expression of our brand. With their help, we’ve become the company that eats its own dog food, rather than being the cobbler with no shoes. Finally.
I’m very grateful for what we’ve been able to accomplish this year. I look back at everyone who impacted us in 2019, and it’s an amazing list. After Jeanette, Diana, and Suzette, my mind immediately turns to the inspiring people we are proud to call clients and advisors: Kevin Jones, David Wilson, James Forrest, Trip Holmes, Ty Hagler, Scott Farace, Amie Thompson, Donald Thompson, Tony Pease, Anita Pease, Tim Brooks, Ed Johnson, Sita Johnson, Trip Holmes, Jamie Lickert, William McKee, and Kade Kimber. You could rule the world for a hundred years if you put all of those people together on one team, and that’s probably why I feel like I’m on top of the world just getting to work with them and their teams.
I know that 2020 will be a special time for all of us. We will see adversity, and we will see new heights of success. I’m here for all of it. As that time approaches, I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday season. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a Happy Kwanzaa to all those we know and love.
